Our schools provide quality education and a wide diversity of choices for Texans who are beginning or continuing their higher education. For our 200+ member schools, CCST stands ready to work with you and represent you in issues critical to your ability to provide those educational options to your students. We provide resources to help train your personnel, leadership in regulatory and legislative matters, and shared knowledge about cutting edge issues and opportunities within our sector.

Career Colleges & Schools of Texas (CCST) member schools are committed to the principle of ethical and compliant operations. It is the desire of the Association to promote and endorse, via CCST membership, only those schools with like committments.
CCST is the state association for private, post secondary that prepare people for today’s jobs and great careers. There are approximately 200 colleges and schools in the state offering a wide range of occupational curriculum. These colleges and schools enable more students to reach their career goals, provide employers with a large pool of skilled workers, and ultimately expand the state’s tax base by attracting and expanding business in Texas.
Career Colleges & Schools of Texas offers three levels of membership: School/College, Associate, and Affiliate.

The rules that govern the internal affairs or actions of Career Colleges and Schools of Texas. These bylaws have been adopted by the Board of Directors and were last revised on October 8, 2010. The bylaws include procedures for holding meetings and electing the board of directors. The bylaws also set out the duties and powers of the board.
